RepAtlas is not medical advice and does not replace advice from a doctor, trainer, or other qualified professional. You are responsible for your training decisions, physical condition, and use of any exercise program.

Subscriptions and Purchases

Some features may require a paid subscription or one-time purchase. Pricing, billing, renewal, and cancellation are handled by Apple through your App Store account.

Intellectual Property

The RepAtlas app, branding, design, and related content are owned by the app publisher and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Acceptable Use

• Do not misuse or attempt to interfere with the app.
• Do not reverse engineer the app except where permitted by law.
• Do not use the app in a way that violates the rights of others.

Warranty Disclaimer

RepAtlas is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the app publisher is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of RepAtlas.

Apple EULA

Unless a separate custom EULA is provided in App Store Connect, use of the iOS app is also subject to Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.

Changes

These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of RepAtlas after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
