Frequently Asked Questions
How does automatic rep counting work?
RepVault Pro uses your Apple Watch's motion sensors to detect exercise movements. The app analyzes acceleration and rotation patterns to identify and count each repetition. For best results, wear your watch snugly on your wrist and perform controlled movements.
Which exercises support automatic counting?
Rep detection works best with:
- Bench Press
- Squats
- Bicep Curls
- Deadlifts
- Overhead Press
- Rows
- Lat Pulldowns
You can also manually adjust rep counts if needed.
Why isn't my data syncing between devices?
Make sure both your iPhone and Apple Watch are:
- Connected to the same iCloud account
- Running the latest version of RepVault Pro
- Within Bluetooth range of each other
Try opening the app on both devices to trigger a sync.
How do I enable HealthKit integration?
When you first open RepVault Pro, you'll be asked to grant Health access. If you declined, go to Settings > Privacy & Security > Health > RepVault Pro and enable the permissions.
Can I export my workout data?
Yes! Your workouts sync to Apple Health, where you can view and export your fitness data. In-app export features are planned for future updates.
