Vitals Translator is a health and wellness application that reads data from Apple Health to calculate a personalized vitals score and provide insights about your health patterns. The App is designed for informational and wellness purposes only.

You must be at least 13 years of age to use this App. If you are under 18, you should review these Terms with a parent or guardian.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download, install, and use the App for your personal, non-commercial use on devices you own or control.
Vitals Translator offers a one-time in-app purchase to unlock premium features. All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions. Refund requests must be directed to Apple.

The App requires access to your Apple Health data to function. You grant permission for this access when prompted by iOS. You may revoke this permission at any time through your device settings. All health data processing occurs locally on your device.
All content, features, and functionality of the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by Vitals Translator and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vitals Translator and its developers from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
