By downloading, installing, or using CoworkX ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.
CoworkX is a modular productivity workspace for macOS. The App provides local tools including clipboard management, secure credential storage, local database querying, calendar workflows, local AI connectivity, YouTube API integrations, analytics views, and RSS feed management.
The App is available in a Free tier and offers additional features through auto-renewable subscription plans (Pro, Power, and Business).
CoworkX offers the following auto-renewable subscription tiers:
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your Apple ID account settings on your Mac or iOS device after purchase. Turn off auto-renewal to cancel your subscription.
Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with Apple's policies. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com.
The Free tier includes Clipboard history, Snippets, and Text transforms at no cost. The Free tier does not expire. CoworkX reserves the right to modify the features available in the Free tier at any time.

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. The App stores data locally on your Mac. API keys and tokens are stored in the macOS Keychain. CoworkX does not collect, sell, or share your personal data.
CoworkX and its code, design, and branding are the intellectual property of Mubarak Almahmeed. You are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App in accordance with these terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App.
The App may connect to third-party services that you configure (e.g., YouTube API, local AI endpoints, RSS feeds). CoworkX is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of third-party services. Use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms.
The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mubarak Almahmeed shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App.
These terms may be updated from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction of the developer, Mubarak Almahmeed.
